Reserving this Room
All meetings must be open to the public and are subject to all other library polices and regulations. No admission may be charged and direct solicitation or sales of goods or services is prohibited. The library is not responsible for any damage to equipment owned or rented by the group using the room.
Minimum booking time for this room is 3 hours. Additional time may be added by the hour. All bookings must be made 10 working days prior to the meeting date. A 48-hours (Monday-Friday) notice of cancellation or changes in reservation must be given for all community room reservations. If such notice is not given, fees will be forfeited. Confirmation of reservation will be made at the time of payment.
