Program Description

Description

What makes yoga different from just working out? It starts with the breath. In this follow-along session, Dr. Heidi Sormaz guides you through the power of conscious breathing — the foundation of every yoga practice. Discover how most of us breathe on autopilot and how small shifts can transform how you feel, move and handle stress. Through gentle guided exercises, you’ll practice simple techniques like expanding and telescoping the ribs and bring this awareness into familiar poses such as seated twists, forward bends and stretches at the wall. By following along, you’ll calm your mind, unwind old habits and reconnect to your breath for a noticeable difference from the inside out.
