Program Description

Description

All lectures will be presented via zoom and begin at 6:30 pm.

The Supreme Court has long played a significant and high profile role in American HIstory, but due to the nature of the court, it does the vast majority of its work quietly, and out of the view of cameras and the press. Eric Welch has long been a student of the Supreme Court, its history, its traditions, and the personalities that have shaped the court and their most important decisions. His presentation will discuss a bit of the court's history, how it works, and especially the current court.
