Description

The Community Forum is open to all community members and is 90 minutes in length.  This event offers a brief education program, a discussion on community needs, and resources for all affected.  We aim to:

  • Listen to the experiences of the community related to Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss

  • Elevate awareness and visibility of the Alzheimer’s Assn and our services within the community 

  • Identify needs and gaps, and identify opportunities

  • Empower the community and mobilize a local network of supporters and cultivate community relationships 

After gaining this information, it will be shared with the Community Forum Committee, and other key members in the community.
